临床路径在老年白内障治疗中的应用

Application of clinical pathway in patients with age-related cataract

目的:探讨临床路径在老年白内障手术治疗中的应用及效果。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月～2010年12月我院收治的进行手术治疗的老年白内障患者的病历,共1 623例,将患者分为两组,研究组(临床路径组)815例,对照组(非临床路径组)808例。比较两组患者的平均住院时间、平均手术等候时间、平均住院费用。结果:研究组与对照组在住院时间、手术等候时间、住院费用上比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:我院对于老年白内障的治疗基本符合白内障临床路径的标准住院流程。

Objective： To study the application and effect of clinical pathway in patients with age-related cataract during the operation treatment. Methods： 1 623 cases patients from our hospital with age-related cataract who received surgical operations were chosen from January 2009 to December 2010 and divided into two groups with clinical pathway, the study group （clinical pathway group） was 815 cases and the control group （not clinical pathway group） was 808 cases. The length of hospital stay, waiting times in surgery, and charge in hospital were compared. Results： There were all significant differences between the study group and the control group in length of hospital stay, waiting times in surgery, and charge in hospital （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The treatment of age-related cataract in the general hospital of the PLA is basically accorded with the standard hospitalization process of clinical pathway in patients with age-related cataract.
