舒心口服液对室性心律失常心率变异性影响的研究

Study of influences of Shuxin Oral Liquid on heart rate variability of patients with ventricular arrhythmia

目的:探讨舒心口服液对室性心律失常患者心率变异性(HRV)的影响及对室性心律失常的治疗作用。方法:选取我院室性心律失常患者130例,随机分为两组,治疗组为舒心口服液组,对照组为盐酸普罗帕酮(心律平)组,每组65例。均在治疗前、治疗8周时对两组患者的HRV改变及室性心律失常情况进行比较。结果:治疗组使用舒心口服液治疗8周时,多项HRV指标异常程度减轻、HRV昼夜节律恢复,与对照组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:舒心口服液可使室性心律失常患者HRV异常减轻,从而减少室性心律失常事件的发生。

Objective： To investigate the influences of Shuxin Oral Liquid on the heart rate variability （HRV） of patients with ventricular arrhythmias and its curative effects on ventricular arrhythmia. Methods： 130 patients with ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was Shuxin Oral Liquid group and the control group was Propafenone group, with 65 patients for each group. The HRV changes and ventricular arrhythmia conditions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment for 8 weeks were compared. Results： After treatment for 8 weeks, abnormalities of multiple HRV indicators of the treatment group reduced and circadian rhythm of HRV recovered, with statistically significant differences to the control group patients with ventricular arrhythmia, thereby （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Shuxin Oral Liquid can reduce HRV abnormalities of reducing the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia.
