摘要
曙光油田超稠油油藏的储层物性和原油物性具有明显的"四高一低"特征,即原油密度高、原油黏度高、凝固点高、胶质沥青质含量高,蜡含量低,油藏开发难度大。在开发过程中存在新井首轮"注不进、采不出"的生产矛盾,具体表现为注汽压力高、回采水率低、生产周期短。为提高超稠油油藏新井开发效果,经过对油藏特点、储层特点、原油物性的分析,针对影响新井开发效果的各个因素,最终选用以有机扩散剂、表面活性剂和黏土稳定剂组分形成的复合乳化体系作为复合油层处理剂。在新井注汽前,使用该剂处理油层,从而改善新井首轮吞吐效果。2008~2010年,利用该项技术现场应用112井次,新井吞吐效果得到明显改善。与同类未实施该项技术的新井相比,生产周期延长,油汽比明显提高,周期回采水率得到提高。室内实验及现场应用结果表明,超稠油复合油层处理剂具有使用效果明显、施工工艺简单、药剂成本低廉等特点,适合曙光油田超稠油开发的需要。
The reservoir physical properties and oil physical properties of Shuguang ultra-heavy oil field have a clear feature of "four high and one low",these are the high oil density,high oil viscosity,high freezing point,high asphaltene resin content and low wax content,so it is difficult to develop.Production issues of "steam can't be injected into and oil can't be taken out" appear in the first round of the new wells,specifically on the high pressure of steam injection,low water recovery rate,and short production cycle.In order to improve the development effect of the new wells in the uhra-heavy oil reservoir,reservoir characteristics and oil physical properties are analyzed.According to the various factors of affecting the development effect of the new wells ,composite emulsion system formed by organic dispersing agent,surfactant and clay stabilizing agent component is selected as the composite oil treatment agent.The treatment agent is applied before steam injection in the new wells so as to improve the steam stimulation effect of the new wells in the first round.The technology has been applied for 112 well-times in the field from 2008 to 2010,steam stimulation of the new wells has been improved obviously.Compared with the similar new wells without the technology application,the production cycle is extended,the oil-steam ratio is improved significantly ,and the cycle water recovery rate is improved.Laboratory experiments and field application results show that the combined treatment agent for the ultra-heavy oil reservoir has many outstanding features:obvious effect,simple operation technology and cheap costs.It is suitable for the development needs of Shuguang ultra-heavy oilfield.
