摘要
通过对市场营销学中顾客满意度的理解,说明对某课程课堂教学学生满意度的测评可以借助企业测评顾客满意度的方法。以统计学课堂教学为例,对其满意度进行了调查分析。结果显示,内容重点突出、理论联系实际、能力的培养等是提高学生满意度的3个关键因素。依此应着手改进。
The paper thinks that the methods of evaluating consumer satisfaction in marketing can be applied to the assessment of satisfaction of certain classroom teaching.Taking statistics teaching as an example,an investigation and analysis of satisfaction has been done with the results that stressing important points,combining theory with practice and ability training are the key factors in deepening students' satisfaction,which need to be improved with great efforts.
