植物嫁接系统及其在植物生命科学研究中的应用 被引量:17

摘要 嫁接作为一个特异的研究系统,被广泛应用于植物生命科学研究的各个方面.本文就嫁接的方法、草本植物嫁接体的发育过程、检测嫁接植株嫁接面发育过程和亲和性的方法以及嫁接在研究物质输导和植物体内信号长距离传递方面的应用作一综述.
