推进江苏沿海文化产业发展的政府责任与措施

On the Measures of Carrying forward the Development of Cultural Industry in Jiangsu Coastal Region and the Government Accountability

近年来,江苏省委、省政府做出了建设"文化强省"的战略部署。2009年,国务院通过了《江苏沿海地区发展规划》,江苏沿海的连云港、盐城、南通的发展上升到国家战略层面,成为江苏新的经济增长极。江苏省明确提出将在2012年使得文化产业发展成为国民经济支柱产业的战略目标。在加快发展江苏沿海区域经济的同时,加快开发江苏沿海文化产业,需要从政府组织、行业管理、资金支持、政策辅助等方面提供条件,确保江苏沿海与江苏其他地区文化产业协调发展,努力构筑新的文化产业高地。

Recently,the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and the Provincial Government make a strategic plan to build Jiangsu Province into a province strong in culture.In＂Jiangsu Coastal Region Development Plan＂,the development of Lianyungang,Yancheng and Nantong has been raised to the state level and become new economic growth poles.In 2012,cultural industry will become the pillar industry of Jiangsu province.This paper argues that the development of cultural industry in Jiangsu coastal region should be accelerated by strengthening governmental planning,industry regulation,financial and policy support so as to achieve a coordinated development of cultural industry in Jiangsu coastal and non-coastal region and construct a new highland of cultural industry.
