On the Adjustment of Obama Administration's Iran Policy

伊朗不断地接近"核门槛",美国总统奥巴马将要采取什么样的政策来应对伊朗的核问题成为举世关注的焦点。奥巴马总统上台以来对伊朗采取的一系列外交动作表明新一届政府的外交团队将其对伊核问题的政策从布什政府的单纯大棒政策转向了大棒加胡萝卜政策,即以对话加联合遏制取代了遏制与打击。但是由于这一调整未能从根本上改变两国之间的冰冻与敌意,故不能真正改善伊核问题。

As Iran is moving to the threshold of a nuclear weapons capability,the Obama administration＇s Iran policy arouses worldwide concern.After taking office,President Obama took a series of diplomatic measures to address Iran nuclear issue,indicating the transformation from＂stick policy＂to＂carrot and stick＂policy,which features the combination of dialogue and sanction.However,the transformation fails to replace the animosity between the US and Iran and cannot offer solution to Iran nuclear issue.
