摘要
针对建筑工程中普遍存在的渗漏现象，分析了房屋建筑中外墙、地下室、洗手间管道和地面渗漏、屋面等部位产生渗漏的原因，并提出了不同部位预防控制渗漏应采取的办法，以期指导实践。
According to the common leakage in the architectural projects, the paper analyzes the reasons for the leakages of the house buildings, including the exterior walls, the basements, the pipes of toilets, the ground leakage, the roof and so on, and points out the methods adopted to prevent or control the leakage at various parts, so as to direct the practice.
