高速铁路箱梁预制温控技术措施探索

On exploration for prefabricate temperature control technique of box girder on express railways

结合铁建设[2005]160号铁路混凝土工程施工质量验收补充标准中相关要求,对高速铁路箱梁预制温控措施进行了介绍,分别阐述了原材料温控措施和浇筑期间温控措施,并提出了具有指导性的几点建议,以期保证箱梁施工质量。

Combining with the relative requirements of the supplementary standards for the Construction Quality Acceptance of Railway Concrete Projects [ 2005 ] No. 160 railway construction, the paper introduces the prefabricate temperature control measures of box girders of expressways, illustrates the temperature control measures of the raw materials and the temperature control measures in the grouting period, and points out some directive suggestions, so as to ensure the construction quality of the box girder.
