结合房地产业发展趋势及特点,针对房地产项目成本控制进行了分析,从前期决策、设计、招投标及合同、施工过程、竣工结算等方面入手,阐述了房地产项目成本控制要点及注意事项,以期指导房地产企业创造效益,不断发展壮大。
