针对房地产业存在的问题,从房地产企业的企业战略、品牌意识、可持续发展观、顾客观点等几方面分析了房j产企业良性发展的策略,以指导房地产企业增强自身竞争力,实现健康、良性发展。
In light of problems existing in real estate enterprises, it analyzes strategies for the sound development of real estate enterprise from aspects of enterprise strategies, brand consciousness, sustainable development, and customer views and so on, so as to guide real estate enterprise to enhance self competitiveness and to realize healthy and sound development.
