关于足三阴三阳经脉躯干部循行的思考

Deliberation on Circulation of Three Yin and Yang Meridians of Foot in the Trunk

经络理论中有关经脉循行分布的文字记载,最早见于经脉学专著帛书《阴阳十一脉灸经》和《足臂十一脉灸经》,关于十二经脉外行部分的循行分布规律秉承了春秋战国时期的论著《灵枢.经脉》。而历代医书中对足三阴三阳经脉、尤其是足阳明胃经在躯干部循行规律却少有论述,文章从三维圆柱体的假说、"背为阳,腹为阴"、气血阴阳平衡的理论及"从阳引阴,从阴引阳"治疗原则等角度探讨其循行,旨在进一步剖析经络循行的真谛,使针灸经络学说更好地服务于临床。

The earliest written records on meridian circulation and distribution in meridian theory can be found in the monograph silk books concerning meridians, that is ,Moxibustion Classic on the Eleven Yin and Yang Channels and Moxibustion Classic on the Eleven Channels of Legs and Arms, and the regular circulation and distribution patterns of external circulation ones among the twelve meridians is in accordance with the works wrote in the Spring and Autumn Period,Lingshu. However,medical books in all ages seldom expound the circulation patterns of three yin and yang meridians of foot, especially the Stomach Meridian of Foot - Yangming in the trunk, therefore, this paper probes into its circulation based on the hypothesis of three - dimensional cylinder, the theory of the back is yang, the abdomen is yin＂ , Qi and blood are of Yin - Yang balance and the treatment principle of ＂ inducing Yin from Yang,inducing Yang from Yin＂ ,to further analyze the essence of meridian circulation,and enable the acupuncture meridian theory to better serve the clinical practice as a resuh.
