葛根及葛根素对自然衰老小鼠mtDNA片段缺失的实验研究

Effect of Radices Puerarire and Puerarin on Reducing mtDNA of Naturally Senile Mice

目的:研究与探讨葛根和葛根素对皮肤自然衰老的延缓作用。方法:健康4个月龄雌性昆明种小鼠15只,作为青年对照组(A);健康18个月龄雌性昆明种小鼠90只,随机分为6组:老年空白对照组(B)、老年阳性对照组(C)、老年葛根中剂量组(D)、老年葛根高剂量组(E)、老年葛根素中剂量组(F)、老年葛根素高剂量组(G)。以灌胃方式给药,测定皮肤组织中线粒体DNA的缺失情况。结果:老年空白对照组(B)、老年葛根中剂量组(D)和老年葛根素中剂量组(F)中包含缺失mtDNA占总mtDNA的比例(D/T)分别为0.13、0.11、0.11,其余组均为阴性。结论:一定剂量的葛根及葛根素具有延缓皮肤自然衰老的作用。

Objective ： To study and discuss that radices puerarire and puerarin have function on delaying naturally senile mice. Methods ： 15 healthy 4 - month - old mice,as the young control group （A） ;90 healthy 18 month old mice as the elderly group,and then randomly divided into 6 groups ： elderly control group （ B）, positive control group elderly （C） , middle radices puerarire dose （D）, high radices puerarire dose （E）, middle puerafin dose （F）, high puerarin dose （G）. Filling the stomach with medicine. De- termine the deletion of mtDNA in skin. Results ：The rate of elderly control group （B） ,middle radices puerarire dose （D）and mid- dle puerarin dose （F） ＇ missing mtDNA in all mtDNA are 0.13,0.11,0.11. Conclusion：Some dose of radices puerarire and puer- arin have the function on delaying naturally aging.
