Thinking of the Treatment Based on Syndrome Differentitation

从全新的角度对中医辨证论治的内涵和外延进行了阐述。对病、证、症、证候和症候群的概念进行了明确和区分,从中西医对比的角度阐释了辨病论治和辨证论治的不同,从而从发展的角度揭示出辨证论治的全新内涵。在此基础上,对中医临证和基础研究的方法论问题进行了探讨。

The intension and extension of the treatment based on syndrome differentitation were discussed in this article from a new perspective. This paper clearly differentiated disease, pattern, syndrome, and told the difference between treatment based on disease differentiation and treatment based on syndrome differentiation, then from the viewpoint of development to reveal the new connotation of TDS. On this basis ,TCM clinical practice and methodology of basic research were discussed.
