颈部夹脊穴结合循经取穴治疗肩关节周围炎58例

Clinical Observation of Cervical Jiaji Points associated with Traditional Acupuncture in Treating 58 Cases of Frozen Shoulder

目的:观察颈部夹脊穴结合循经取穴治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:58例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)对照组(n=28),分别观察颈部夹脊穴对肩关节周围炎的治疗效果。结果:2个疗程后治疗组有效率及显愈率分别为90%及96.67%,高于对照组的64.29%及89.29%,P<0.05。结论:结合颈部夹脊穴能有效提高肩周炎的临床疗效。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of applying cervical Jiaji Points associated with traditional acupuncture In treating frozen shoulder. Methods：58 cases of frozen shoulder were divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group （28 cases） randomly,and compare their efficacy after two remedies of treatment. Results：The effieacy of treatment group is higher than that of the control group, showing that cervical Jiaji Points is effective in treating frozen shoulder. Conclusion：Cervical Jiaji points with traditional acupuncture can effectively treat the frozen shoulder.
