摘要
目的:通过研究红花的毒性作用对不同机能状态下的妊娠大鼠的选择性,探讨中药的毒性作用在机体不同机能状态下具有特异的选择性。方法:用含生药2g/kg的红花煎剂分别给正常妊娠大鼠(红花组)和外伤血瘀妊娠大鼠(红花治疗组)灌胃,观察红花煎液分别对两组大鼠妊娠和胚胎发育的影响。结果:与空白组比较,红花组生产数明显减少(P<0.001),妊娠时间延长(P<0.05),完全流产率高达25%,胚胎未成形率为35%,母体体重增长缓慢(P<0.05),肝重指数及肾重指数均有所增高,胚胎宫内生长迟缓率(IUGR)高达100%;而红花治疗组在妊娠和胎儿的各项指标上均接近于空白组。结论:红花仅对正常孕鼠表现为毒性作用,说明红花的妊娠毒性在机体处于不同机能状态下具有选择性。
Objective : To discuss the specific selection of toxicity of Chinese materia medica in different functional status Of humans by study on selective expression of toxicity in pregnant mice of flos carthami (Honghua, Safflower). Methods:Normal preg- nant mice( Honghua group)and pregnant mice with blood stasis( Honghua treated group)were given Honghua apozem containing 2g/kg of crude drug to observe the effect on pregnant and embryo development of the two groups treated with HotlghUa. Results : Compared with the controlled group,Honghua group has a lower product number( P 〈 0.001 ) ,longer time to pregnance( P 〈 0. 05 ), complete abortion rate up to 25.%, unformed embryo rate up to 35 %, lower increase of maternal weight ( P 〈 0.05 ), both the index of liver and kidney increased and the IUGR is up to 100% ;while Honghua treated group in close to the controlled group in every indexes. Conclusion:Honghua only expreses the toxicity on normal pregnant mice ,it shows the toxicity in pregnancy of Hon- ghua selective expression in different functional status.
