CTA联合颅底三维重建在颅内动脉瘤诊断及夹闭手术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察颅脑CT动脉造影(CTA)联合颅底三维重建在颅内动脉瘤诊断及夹闭手术中的应用效果。方法 51例自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者,均行CTA及颅底三维重建。结果 51例患者经CTA检查均证实自发性蛛网膜下腔出血为颅内动脉瘤破裂所致。CTA及颅底三维重建获得的影像可以清晰显示颅内动脉瘤的形态、瘤颈、动脉瘤的位置、动脉瘤与载瘤动脉的关系及其与颅底骨性标志、隆起的位置关系。据此确定手术方式,并进行预后和风险评估,然后进行颅内动脉瘤夹闭术,手术均顺利完成。患者出院时恢复良好35例,轻度残废9例,重度残废3例,死亡2例,自动出院2例。42例术后复查CTA,动脉瘤夹闭完全,载瘤动脉无狭窄。结论 CTA联合颅底三维重建用于颅内动脉瘤的诊断及夹闭术的指导效果满意。
