血清肝转氨酶检测在闭合性腹部外伤患者肝损伤诊断中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨闭合性腹部外伤患者肝损伤的实验室诊断方法。方法 182例闭合性腹部外伤患者,检测其血清肝转氨酶,观察其水平变化与肝损伤发生相关性,以腹部CT检查或术中探查所见为评估肝损伤的依据。结果通过ROC曲线确定血清ALT、AST阈值分别为57、113 U/L。血清ALT>57 U/L(OR为66.1)和AST>113 U/L(OR为30.6)强烈提示发生了肝损伤,但二者的水平与肝损伤严重程度无关。结论对闭合性腹部外伤患者,血清ALT>57 U/L或AST>113 U/L强烈提示发生了肝损伤,需要进行其他必要的检查和密切观察。
