摘要
为了明确湖南省主要苎麻产区小飞蓬对草甘膦的抗药性情况,在采集各地麻园小飞蓬种子的基础上,采用温室生物测定法测定了其对草甘膦的抗药性水平。试验结果表明:采自南县、汉寿、君山、华容、慈利、永定、永顺和吉首等地的小飞蓬种群的相对抗药性倍数均低于2,而采自沅江、湖南农业大学苎麻基地以及桃源等3地小飞蓬种群相对抗药性倍数较高,其中沅江小飞蓬种群相对抗药性倍数达到了3.49,这说明在湖南省主要苎麻产区,部分地区的小飞蓬种群已经产生了对草甘膦的抗药性。
In order to determine resisitance level of horseweed populations in primary ramie producing areas in Hunan Province,bioassay was employed to determine resistance level of horseweed.The results showed that IR of Nanxian, Hanshou ,Junshan, Huarong, Cili, Yongding, Yongshun and Jishou were all under 2 however,IR of Yuanjiang,ramie base of Hunan Agricultural University and Taoyuan were relatively higher,among them ,IR of Yuanjiang was 3.49. The results indicated appearance of glyphosate resisitance of horseweed in some ramie producing areas in Hunan Province.
