摘要
作者提出了以17号染色体长臂2区的带型作为判断550、850和1200条带阶段高分辨染色体的标志。
A new standard for identifying the stages of high resolution chromosomes was suggested. When 17q23 and 17q24 are not subdivided the mitotic cell is at 550 band stage; if 17q23 is subdivided the mitotic cell is at 850 band stage; and if 17q23 and 17q24 are subdivided the mitotic cell is at 1200 band stage.
