接线端子是微型步进电机上的一个零部件,由于其直径很小,因此,其折弯、压扁和切断等操作,一般都需要利用专门的冲模来完成。对于多品种、小批量生产的小型企业而言,接线端子制造用的模具主要是通过自主设计制造。本例中的模具就是为小型企业设计的,用以实现接线端子折弯、压扁和切断操作。
