摘要
通过对斜齿刀座盖的工艺分析,利用POM具有优良自润性的特点,大胆设计了一种有别于常规设计思路的方案,利用推件板强脱,同时迫使塑件自转推出塑件。通过模具的成功投产表明,本方案结构紧凑,制造方便,动作可靠,塑件完全满足使用要求。
Through analysis of molding process of the bevel gear knife seat cover, using self-lubricity characteristics of POM, determined design project, adopted forced demoulding by pushing plate, and while forcing the plastic self-rotation. The mold structure is compact, manufacture is convenient, action is reliable, plastic parts meet the requirements of application.
