摘要
二甲双胍是有丰富的疗效和安全性循证医学依据的一类口服降糖药,被推荐为2型糖尿病的一线治疗药物和联合治疗的基础用药。但其产品说明书中列举的不良反应和使用禁忌,使部分医生和患者对二甲双胍的使用存在顾虑。文中论述了二甲双胍与胃肠道症状、乳酸酸中毒和肝肾功能异常的关系,旨在正确认识二甲双胍的禁忌证,使其合理使用,发挥其在2型糖尿病治疗中的作用。
Metformin is a widely used oral hypoglycemic agent, and its efficacy and safety have been confirmed by a large number of evidence-based studies. It is recommended as the first-line treatment and a basal drug in combination therapy of type 2 diabetes. However, its side effects and contraindications let doctors and patients worry about to use of it. This article focused on the gastrointestinal symptoms, lactic acidosis, liver and kidney functions related to the use of metformin in order to correctly understand the contraindications and rational use of metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
