1例胰岛素过敏患者的药学监护实践

A case report of pharmaceutical care for insulin allergy patient

目的:通过临床药师参与1例胰岛素过敏患者的药学监护实践,了解胰岛素过敏的原因及防治方法。方法:临床药师根据患者的病情变化,提供相关治疗建议,与临床医师讨论,共同制定针对性的治疗方案,并及时调整。结果:经过胰岛素脱敏治疗,患者使用胰岛素后未再出现不良反应,血糖控制较好。结论:临床药师参与临床治疗实践,有利于及时发现和处理患者的不良反应,并提高药物治疗水平。

Objective ： To understand the causes of insulin allergy and prevention methods via learning from a case of pharmaceutical care. Methods： According to the changes in patient conditions, clinical pharmacist provided treatment recommendation, discussed with clinicians, and designed and timely adjusted drug therapy together with clinicians. Results： After insulin desensitization therapy, the patient had no further adverse reactions even insulin was used. The patient had a better control of blood glucose. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists＇participationin clinical practice is helpful to timely detect and treat adverse reactions and to improve drug treatment.
