摘要
多列烘缸干燥部是基于更节省干燥部占地面积、更高的干燥效率及更好的纸页运行性能而提出的干燥部全新结构概念。基于有限元分析理论,利用ANSYS软件对多列烘缸干燥部实验装置的运行性能进行分析。通过谐响应分析,得到运转中由于烘缸偏重离心简谐力作用下机架的振动变形及应力分布情况;通过瞬态响应分析,得到实验装置开机过程中的振动变形及应力分布情况。这可为多列烘缸干燥部的设计、加工和运行操作提供计算机仿真数值参考及理论依据。
The concept of multilayered drying section is based on the idea of optimal property of space saving, higher drying efficiency and better sheet running condition. The mechanical property of this multilayered drying section lab-equipment was analyzed with the theory of Finite Element Method (FEM) and ANSYS software. With harmonic analysis, the vibration deformation and stress distribution caused by the weight imbalance of the drying rollers during running were analyzed. With transient analysis, the vibration responses during the start-up of the multilayered drying lab-equipment were analyzed. is paper gives computer numeric simulation and theoretical reference for the designing, manufacturing and operation of multilayered drying section.
