妇科恶性肿瘤化疗期间的心理干预与护理分析

目的探讨妇科恶性肿瘤化疗期间的心理干预与护理方法,提高临床护理效果。方法选取自2008年3月～2010年5月收治的160例妇科恶性肿瘤患者随机分为观察组(心理干预组)和对照组(常规护理组)各80例,比较两组患者化疗后的心理状态及护理满意度情况。结果观察组与对照组干预前SDS评分相似,而干预后观察组SDS评分较对照组有显著差异,且护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论妇科恶性肿瘤化疗期间实施护理干预可以显著改善患者心理状态,提高护理满意度,对改善患者生存质量具有重要意义。

Objective During chemotherapy of gynecological cancer and care of psychological intervention methods to improve clinical care effect. Methods Selected in our hospital from March 2008 to May 2010, treated 160 cases of gynecological cancer were randomly divided into two groups （the psychological intervention group） and control group （usual care） of the 80 cases, compared two groups of patients after chemotherapy psychological status and satisfaction with the situation. Results Observed before the intervention and control groups similar to SDS score, and the intervention group was observed after SDS scores than the control group were significantly different, and nursing satisfaction than the control group （P〈0.01）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Gynecological malignancies implementation of nursing intervention during chemotherapy can significantly improve the psychological state of patients, improve care and satisfaction, to improve the quality of life of patients is important.
