微波腹部照射辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

Effect of abdomen irradiating by microwave on chronic pelvitis

目的:观察微波腹部照射辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效与安全性。方法:将100例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分入实验组和对照组,每组50例。两组于月经期给予静脉点滴抗菌药物和丹参,2次/d,连续5d;月经干净后给予中药灌肠,1次/d,连续7d;实验组同时给予腹部微波照射,30min/次,2次/d。1个月经周期连续治疗12d为1个疗程,两组均治疗2个疗程,未愈者追加1个疗程,6个月后随诊复查。结果:在第2、3个疗程结束以及6月后随诊复查,实验组临床疗效优于对照组(P=0.000,0.006和0.029),症状体征评分亦低于同期对照组(F组间=34.624,F组内=834.384,F交互效应=5.234,均P=0.000)。不良反应总发生率两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:微波腹部照射对治疗慢性盆腔炎有较好的辅助作用,可显著提高疗效,且临床使用安全。

Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of abdomen irradiating by microwave on chronic pelvitis.Methods： A total of 100 patients with chronic pelvitis were randomly assigned to study group and control group by half.All patients were given an iv gtt of antibiotic and salvia miltiorrhiza,twice per day in menstrual period for five days,and a clysis with Chinese medicine once per day after menstrual for seven days.In the meantime,the patients in the study group were given abdomen irradiating by microwave 30 minutes every time,twice per day.A course of treatment was continuous 12 days in a menstrual cycle period.All patients were treated for two courses.Those patients who not recovered after treatment were given an additional course.All patients were followed-up and rechecked after the treatment.Results： In the end of the second and third course of treatment and the sixth month after treatment,the clinic efficacy in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（Z=-4.375,-2.273,-2.184,P=0.000,0.006,0.029）.The scores of symptoms in study group were significantly lower than those in the control（FA=34.624,FB=834.384,FAB=5.234,all P=0.000）.The rate of the adverse reaction showed no significant difference between the two groups（χ2=0.170,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The abdomen irradiating by microwave has a good subsidiary effect in treatment of chronic pelvitis.It can significantly improve the clinic efficacy with reliable safety.
