磷酸肌酸钠与能量合剂联合治疗小儿心肌炎疗效观察

Curative effects of creatine phosphate sodium and energy integrated agent on myocarditis

目的:观察磷酸肌酸钠对小儿心肌炎的临床治疗效果。方法:132例心肌炎患儿随机分为两组,观察组给予磷酸肌酸钠及能量合剂静脉点滴,对照组给予能量合剂单独静脉点滴,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),心律失常控制、心肌酶改善方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸肌酸钠能较快改善心肌炎患儿的自觉症状、心电图及恢复心肌酶,无明显不良反应,对心肌炎的治疗有显著疗效,可推广使用。

Objective： To study the curative effects of creatine phosphate sodium and energy integrated agent on myocarditis.Methods： Neonates with myocarditis（n=132） were randomly divided into two groups.The cases in experimental group（n=66） were treated with creatine phosphate sodium and energy integrated agent,while cases in the control group（n=66） were treated only with energy integrated agent.The effectiveness was observed and compared between two groups.Results： The total efficacy was significantly higher in experimental group（P〈0.05）,and it was more effective in improving cardiac arrhythmias and the cardiac creatase level in（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： The results indicate that creatine phosphate sodium can improve subjective symptoms,electrocardiogram and cardiac creatase level.It is very effective in treating myocarditis and is worthy clinical application.
