谷胱甘肽转移酶的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 谷胱甘肽转移酶(glutathione transferases;GSTs;also known as glutathione S-transferases)是由多个基因编码,在机体生物转化、免疫等防御系统中具有解毒和抗氧化等多重功能的超家族蛋白酶。GSTs广泛存在于各种生物体内的各种组织细胞中,与细胞损伤、缺氧、中毒、衰老等多种疾病过程的发生有关。本文综述了GSTs的分类、结构、催化机制、生物学功能、应用等的研究进展。
