加强农民养老保险信息化建设的思考

Information Construction of Farmers Endowment Insurance

加强农民社会养老保险信息化建设,对于推动农民养老保险事业有着重要的现实意义。农民养老保险信息化建设存在着信息管理系统陈旧落后、信息登记散乱缺失、信息化管理人才贫乏及监管薄弱等现实问题。对此,应加强农民养老保险网络体系建设,建立农民养老保险电子信息档案,培训农民养老保险信息化管理人才,构建农民养老保险信息化监管机制,积极开展农民养老保险试点调研活动,以推进农民社会养老保险信息化建设。

To strengthen the information construction of farmers＇ social endowment insurance is of practical significance to the insurance business in China. But, some obvious problems inhibited its development such as the backward management system, incomplete information registration, lack nitoring, etc. In view of this, some suggestions areproposed in the construction, to digitalize the files, to strengthen the training of the ches, etc. of management personnel, and vulnerable mopaper to improve it： to strengthen its network personnel, and to carry out some pilot researches, etc.
