摘要
本文通过在线监测金刚石锯片轴向位移和锯切轴向力,分析了锯片在靠近切削区三个位置的轴向变形特性。在此基础上,初步研究了利用外加辅助控制器抑制锯片轴向变形,提高锯切稳定性的方法。实验研究表明,锯片在切入的位置轴向变形最为明显,在该处外加辅助支撑控制器能很大程度上降低锯片轴向偏摆,同时减小轴向力。
In this paper,measurement and analysis of the axial deformation and cutting force of the sawblade during circular sawing of granite were made to investigate the difference of vibration among three positions near the cutting zone.Based on these findings,auxiliary controllers were proposed and applied to improve the sawing stability.It was found that the axial deformation at the cut-in point of the sawblade is the most serious.The controllers assembled in this position can largely reduce the sawblade axial deformation and axial cutting force.
