摘要
设计制备了一定规格的青铜胎块试样,在不同工艺条件下进行压制烧结。利用X射线衍射分析技术、背散射电子图像技术、X射线能谱分析技术对试样的微观组织结构进行了测试和分析;结合分析结果,对金相图谱中具有各种形貌特征的组织进行了确认和显微硬度测试,并对胎块的烧结机理进行了分析。
Several groups of bronze-bonded matrix samples were designed and sintered in different process conditions.The phase composition and microstructure of the samples were analyzed using X-ray diffraction analysis,backscattered electron imaging technology and X-ray energy spectrum analysis.With the above test results,the morphology properties of different metallographic figures were figured out,and corresponding micro-hardness was tested.At last,the sintering mechanism was analyzed.
