粉状钎料氧含量与研磨工艺的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 同一种焊粉氧含量不同时其理化性能有显著差异。本文在不同研磨转速、研磨环境下对粉状钎料FCu14的氧含量进行研究,通过比较钎料粉末的表观颜色,来判断粉末中的氧含量,可以快捷分析研究工艺参数与氧含量的关系。研究结果表明:将待研磨粉末预冷到-10℃后装入研磨装置,当研磨罐的转速为10 r/min,并且在研磨罐中添加一定量的冷水和还原剂,可以使所制得的焊粉氧含量与未经研磨工序的焊粉氧含量相当。预冷冻工艺及添加还原剂在不改变粉末性能的前提下提高了成品率,降低了生产成本。 Physical and chemical properties of the same kind of welding powder with different oxygen content are significantly different.The oxygen content of powdered brazing filler metal can be judged visually by comparing the apparent color,thus the relationship between processing parameter and oxygen content can be analyzed quickly.In this paper,researches were made on the oxygen content of powdered filler metal FCu14 at different grinding speed and different grinding environment.The results showed that,at the grinding speed 10 r/min,by pre-cooling the brazing filler metal power to-10 ℃,and by adding a certain amount of cold water and reducing agent in the grinding tank,we can get the oxygen content of welding powder close to the powder before being ground.It is concluded that the pre-cooling process and addition of reducing agent can improve the productivity and reduce production costs without changing the properties of the powder.
