摘要
针对砂轮片的振动失效现象,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS分别对砂轮片进行静止状态下的固有模态分析和旋转状态下的有预应力模态分析。通过对比分析可知,离心力对砂轮片固有模态的影响很小,同时还可以有效避免外界激振频率与固有频率接近而引起的共振破坏。所得结论可以为砂轮片的改进设计及进一步动态特性分析提供参考依据。
Based on the failure phenomenon of grinding wheel vibration,the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used for the inherent modal analysis under the static condition and the pre-stressed modal analysis under the revolving condition.The analysis results show that the centrifugal force has little detriment on the inherent modality, and it can effectively avoid the resonance damage caused by the approximity of the external excitation frequency and the natural frequency. It is found that conclusions obtained may provide reference proof for the improvement design and further dynamic analysis of grinding wheel.
