摘要
根据南方电网一次调频要求及龙滩水电站调速器特性,介绍了一次调频与AGC二次调频之间影响和策略优化过程。经机组实际运行验证了优化后策略的有效性,对南方电网区域电厂具有一定的借鉴作用。
According to the primary frequency regulation requirements of the southern power grid and governor characteristics of Longtan Hydropower Station,introduces the effects and tactic optimization process between the primary frequency regulation and the AGC secondary frequency regulation.Actual operation shows that the optimized tactic is effective.It is a reference for regional power plants in the southern power grid.
