高职生职业生涯规划问题的探讨

The probe into the career-planning of students of vocational and technological institutes

从高职生职业生涯规划的现实意义出发,通过对现状的调查分析,发现高职生对职业生涯规划存在认知上的矛盾、评价上的短视、实践力的欠缺等问题,还发现他们对今后的职业生涯规划的教育及服务抱以很高的期望,必须进行正确引导,并对高职院校及学生个体的应对措施提出建议和对策。

Aimed at the practical significance of the career-planning of students of vocational and technological institutes,based on the investigation of the present situation and the analysis of the result,the study finds many problems like the students＇cognitive contradiction,nearsightedness in evaluation and lack of ability in practice.Meanwhile,the study reveals that the students have a great expectation of the instruction and services in their career-planning.Therefore,the author puts forward some suggestion and countermeasures for vocational and technological institutes and their students.
