超敏C-反应蛋白检测在小儿细菌性肺炎与支原体肺炎中的临床比较 被引量:30

摘要 目的比较超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)在小儿细菌性肺炎与支原体肺炎中的水平变化。方法 2010年6月-2011年6月采用胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法,检测52例细菌性肺炎、43例支原体肺炎患儿及同期健康体检儿童40名(对照组)血清中hsCRP水平。结果细菌性肺炎患儿急性期和恢复期血清hsCRP水平分别为(13.52±4.01)mg/L和(2.04±1.13)mg/L,急性期与恢复期差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);支原体肺炎患儿急性期和恢复期血清hsCRP水平分别为(8.25±2.48)mg/L和(1.96±1.05)mg/L,急性期与恢复期差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细菌性肺炎和支原体肺炎患儿急性期hsCRP水平明显高于对照组(1.86±0.79)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而细菌性肺炎组和支原体肺炎组恢复期血清hsCRP与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论血清hsCRP水平检测不仅有利于肺炎中细菌和支原体属感染的鉴别诊断,并且动态监测还可以判断小儿肺炎的进展与转归,对临床诊断和治疗均具有一定指导意义。 OBJECTIVE To compare the level of hsCRP between bacterial pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia in children. METHODS From Jun 2010 to Jun 2011,the levels of hsCRP were detected by latex enhanced immune turbidimetric method in 52 cases with bacterial pneumonia children and 43 cases with mycoplasma pneumonia children. RESULTS The levels of hsCRP in acute phase and convalescent phase of bacterial pneumonia children were(13.52±4.01)mg/L and(2.04±1.13)mg/L,which a significant difference was observed(P〈0.05).The levels of hsCRP in acute phase and convalescent phase of mycoplasma pneumonia children were(8.25±2.48)mg/L and(1.96±1.05)mg/L,which a significant difference was observed(P〈0.05).The levels of hsCRP in acute phase of bacterial pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia children were signifantly higher than those in control group(1.86±0.79)mg/L(P〈0.05).There were no significant differences in level of hsCRP among convalescent phase of bacterial pneumonia group,convalescent phase of mycoplasma pneumonia and control group. CONCLUSION The detection of serum hsCRP is not only for identification diagnosis for bacterial pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia,but also can help to judge the development and outcome,which has some significance for clinical diagnosis and therapy.
