流程管理在消毒供应中心去污区的应用及效果

Application and efficacy of process management in decontamination work area of central sterile supply department

目的探讨流程管理在医院消毒供应中心去污区的应用,提高管理质量。方法运用流程化管理模式,制定一系列措施,结合医院实际渗透到质量、安全、效率、人员素质等各个层面。结果通过3年多的实践,去污区工作质量和人员素质明显提高,清洗物品抽检合格率较前提高80.0%,保证了灭菌质量,控制了医院感染的发生。结论流程管理是一套行之有效的管理模式,顺应了现代化消毒供应中心的需求。

OBJECTIVE To explore the use of process management in the decontamination work area of the disinfection and provision center in the hospitals nowadays. METHODS The process management model was applied to formulate a series of measures and unite it with the character of our own hospital and penetrate it to the quality,safety,efficiency and personnel diathesis,and so on. RESULTS By the 3 years of practice,the qualities of decontamination work and personnel diathesis had a prominent raise.The qualified rate of randomized samples of cleaning objects have raised by 80% than before and guaranteed the quality of sterilization and controlled the incidence of hospital infection. CONCLUSION The process management is an effective management model,and fulfil the requirement of the modern disinfection in central sterilization supply department.
