摘要
针对常规热滚炉老化罐转动半径小、钻屑碰撞几率小的特点,研制了能有效模拟泥球形成的HFZO-1型翻转加热炉,并利用该装置对快速钻井中泥球形成的影响因素进行了实验研究。研制了一种具有快速吸附作用的表面活性剂,并配合固相含量控制、采用无膨润土相钻井液以及降低钻井液粘度等措施,能够有效防止快速钻井中泥球的形成,东方1-1气田现场应用效果较好。
Conventional hot rolling furnace has some disadvantages,such as small radius of rotation of aging tank and low collision probability of the cuttings in the tank during experiments.As a result,HFZO-1 upturned hot rolling furnace has been developed to overcome these disadvantages.By using HFZO-1 upturned hot rolling furnace,many experiments have been performed in lab to study the factors affecting formation of gumbo balls during fast drilling.A new kind of surfactant that can be fast absorbed on the surface of cuttings has been developed.Combined with the measures,such as controlling solids,applying bentonite clay-free drilling fluid and reducing viscosity of drilling fluid,this new surfactant can effectively prevent the formation of gumbo balls during fast drilling.The application of this surfactant in Dongfang 1-1 gas field showed the good effect.
