摘要
在荔湾3-1深水气田开发工程中,采用在深水区气田设置水下生产系统、在浅水区建设中心集输处理设施的工程模式,实现深、浅水天然气的区域性开发,既可以满足深水区气田开发的依托要求,也能提高浅水区气田开发的经济效益。对荔湾3-1深水气田开发中心平台工艺设计中登平台压力对平台工艺设计的影响、气体脱水系统压力和增压设备配制、中心平台节能降耗工艺设计等问题进行了研究,提出了相应的解决措施,以期为我国海上类似工程工艺设计提供参考。
In the deepwater gas field development,by installing subsea production system in deepwater area of gas field and building central processing and transportation facilities in shallow water area to achieve regional development of deep and shallow water gas fields,not only the supporting requirement of deepwater gas field is met,but also the economic benefit of shallow water gas field can be improved.The paper studies process issues of the arriving pressure affect on platform process design,gas dehydration system pressure and boosting facilities match and energy saving and consumption reduction in central platform of LW3-1 deepwater gas filed development,and gives the solution measures,which is expected to provide reference to process design of similar engineering.
