摘要
海上平台采油树钢丝作业过程中,为了防止采油树液控主阀意外关闭而切断钢丝,目前采用的是给液控主阀戴帽的方法,此方法存在很大的安全隐患。设计了采油树辅助液压系统,在钢丝作业过程中采用双液压源控制采油树液控主阀,提高了钢丝作业过程的安全性。
At present,the valve cap is used to prevent the wire line from cut off due to unexpected close of hydraulic master valve during the christmas tree wire line operation on offshore platform.This method has the potential safety hazard.Therefore,a set of auxiliary hydraulic control system has been designed to keep the master valve opening by using double hydraulic source during the wire line operation,so as to improve the safety of wire line operation.
