摘要
作者对1976年以来经过盲吸绒毛术后出生的274例小儿进行随访。随访儿身高体重与正常对照接近(P>0.05)。发现4例先天畸形。智力低下及先天畸形的发生未超过群体发生率。
An investigation has been carried out in Shanxi to follow up 274 children delivered after blind aspiration of CVS. Results of this study show that there is no signifgicant differece (P>0.05) in body weight and height by comparing the data of this group with normal control.Four cases of congenital malformation and one case of pseudomental retardation were found in the study.The freqnence of retardation and malformation are lower than the incidence in the general population.
