反向疫苗学及其在疫苗研发中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着基因组学和蛋白质组学技术的发展和应用,疫苗学的研究也随之进入了一个新的时期,以基因组序列为设计基础的"反向疫苗学"逐步形成。反向疫苗学是通过对某一病原体的基因组测序分析,预测出候选抗原决定簇,通过高通量表达和免疫学分析,筛选和鉴定出具有一定免疫原性特征的蛋白质,作为疫苗的免疫抗原。这不仅提高了候选疫苗的筛选成功率,还开辟了一条新的疫苗研制途径,同时还有助于预测和发现以往所不知的各种免疫原,具有十分重要和深远的意义。
