中医治未病思想与生物制剂不良反应

Thought of TCM preventive treatment and prevent adverse reactions

目的探讨运用中医治未病思想预防生物制剂不良反应的方法。方法干预治疗组在应用生物制剂前15d,根据不同体质类型进行辨证论治并贯穿整个生物制剂治疗周期;非干预治疗组单用生物制剂,疗程同干预治疗组。观察两组生物制剂的不良反应。结果干预治疗组不良反应发生率为0(0/20);非干预治疗组不良反应发生率为33.3%(2/6)。结论中医治未病思想指导下的干预治疗能有效降低生物制剂的不良反应发生率。

Objective Exploring that the thought of TCM preventive treatment to prevent adverse reactions in biological agents. Methods The intervention group was treatment with TCD that treatment based on syndrome differentiation according to the different physical types of differentiation from 15 days before application of biological agents. This treatment throughout the treatment cycle; non-intervention group used biological agents alone, the period of treatment was the same with the treatment group. Two groups were observed adverse reactions. Results The adverse reactions of intervention group were0（0/20）.The adverse reactions of non-intervention group were33.3%（ 2/6）. Conclusion The treatment of disease intervention under the guidance with the thought of TCM preventive treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of biological agents.
