摘要
作者利用双生子法对佳木斯市61对双生子(其中单卵双生23对;双卵双生38对)龋齿情况进行了分析。结果表明,单卵双生子与双卵双生子龋病变异存在差异(P<0.05)。根据Jenson和Holzinger的公式计算龋病的遗传度分别是22.0±11.9%和28.3±8.7%。
We adopted the twins methid for analysing the caries in 61 twins (MZ, 23 pairs; DZ, 38 pairs)in jiamusi area. The results show that there is a difference in caries variety between MZ and DZ. (P<0.05). According to the formulas of JenSon and Holzinger, the heritabilities of caries are 22.0%, 28.3% and 21.2%, respectively.
