血尿酸对高血压患者血压水平的影响

摘要 目的探讨高血压患者血清尿酸(SUA)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法分别测定300例高血压患者(高血压组)及103例健康体检者(对照组)SUA水平。结果高血压组SUA水平和高尿酸血症检出率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),并随高血压临床分级的升高SUA水平升高(P<0.01)。高血尿酸血症患者高血压发生率较血尿酸水平正常患者高(P<0.01)。结论血尿酸增高是高血压的危险因素之一,高血压患者SUA水平升高,升高程度与高血压分级相一致。 Objective To investigate the change of serum uric acid(SUA) levels in hypertension patients and study the clinical significance. Methods SUA levels of 300 hypertension patients(hypertentsion group) and 103 healthy physical examinees(control group) were measured. Results In hypertension group,SUA levels and detection ratio of Hyperuricemia were significantly higher than those in control group(P0.01),and the increase in SUA levels appeared to correlate with the severity of hypertension(P0.01).The frequency of hypertension in patients with hyperuricemia was higher than that in those with lower SUA levels(P〈0.01). Conclusion The increase of SUA levels is a risk factor of hypertension,and SUA levels appear to correlate with the severity of hypertension.
