方翅网蝽危害与二球悬铃木叶片内含物的关系 被引量:1

Relationship Between Corythucha ciliate Hazards and Inclusion Content in Platanus acerifolia Leaves

摘要 研究了合肥市望江西路(南侧)同一道路上的大叶浓密型(Ⅰ)和小叶稀疏型(Ⅱ)2种二球悬铃木受方翅网蝽危害程度(依其虫口密度)与其主要内含物间的关系。结果表明:悬铃木Ⅰ和Ⅱ型叶绿素质量分数差异不是类型本身造成的,而是由方翅网蝽对其危害的程度差异(虫口密度差异)造成的;寄主叶片虫口密度与其可溶性糖质量分数呈明显正相关关系;虽然2种类型悬铃木叶片总氨基酸和甘氨酸质量分数都存在显著差异,但叶片虫口密度只与甘氨酸(R=0.938)存在显著正相关,而与总氨基酸(R=0.876)不存在显著相关关系;叶片虫口密度与其单宁质量分数之间存在极显著的负相关关系;悬铃木叶片受害程度与其没食子酸(R=0.923)关系密切,而与总酚酸(R=0.885)和其它酚酸无显著关系;主成分分析表明,F1(可溶性糖)、F2(甘氨酸)、F3(单宁)、F4(没食子酸)对虫口密度的贡献率分别为57.678%、23.413%、4.372%、8.184%,累计贡献率为93.647%,是影响方翅网蝽危害的主要寄主内含物因子。 An experiment was conducted to study the relationship between the main leaf inclusion of Platanns acerifolia with large, dense leaves (type Ⅰ) or with lobular, sparse leaves (type Ⅱ ) on Wangjiang Road (south side) in Hefei and the harmful level of Corythucha ciliate (according to its population density). Results show that the difference in chlorophyll content in P. acerifolia of the two types is not caused by itself but by the difference in harmful level of C. ciliate, namely difference in population density. There was a significant positive correlation between population density and soluble sugar content. Although the contents of total amino acid and glyeine in P. acerifolia leaves of the two types were significantly different, the population density was only significantly positively correlated with glycine (R= 0. 938), and no significant correlation was found between population density and total amino acid content (R = 0. 876 ). A highly significant negative correlation was observed between population density and leaf tannin content. Harmful level of leaves was significantly correlated with gallic acid content (R = 0.923 ), and insignificantly correlated with contents of total phenolic acids (R = 0. 885 ) and other acids. Results of the principal component analysis showed that the contribution rates of the leaf inclusion contents to population density were obtained as soluble sugar 57.678%, glycine 23.413%, and tannin 8. 184%, gallic acid 4. 372%. The cumulative,contribution rate was 93. 647%. Therefore, the main factors of host-plant leaf inclusion influencing C. ciliale hazards are soluble sugar, glycine, gallic acid, and tannin.
