人工压迫和两种血管闭合器在经股动脉途径冠状动脉介入治疗中的疗效比较 被引量：1

摘要 随着经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术（PCI）的广泛开展,介入治疗患者穿刺点止血一直是人们关注的问题。常规徒手压迫方法止血不仅费时、费力,止血后下肢制动时间长引起患者不适,而且延长住院时间、易发生血肿、迷走神经反射、影响PCI术后抗凝、住院满意率下降等[1-2]。
