经导管主动脉瓣置入术后半年随访一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者,男,75岁,因＂反复胸闷、乏力7年＂入院。患者7年前起反复出现活动后胸闷、气促,偶伴有头晕,无黑矇晕厥。入院诊断为＂重度主动脉瓣狭窄（老年退行性病变）,NYHA2级＂。入院体检：BP 120/70 mmHg,一般情况可,两肺呼吸音清，未闻及干湿啰音，心界临界大小，
