柔性领导组织文化管理行为机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文是在以往柔性领导理论研究的基础上进行的应用性研究,对柔性领导的组织文化管理过程的机理进行了探讨,指出柔性领导是以人与组织的适配为中心,从组织气氛管理入手通过非权力影响力和组织关系网络管理实现组织文化管理的过程,尝试为柔性领导理论的研究者和实践者提供理论支持。
